Justas Butkus is a Lithuanian AI engineer, founder of Ainora (a voice AI platform serving 27+ service industries in 100+ languages) and Impetora (enterprise AI consulting). Based in Vilnius. Trilingual: Lithuanian, English, Russian. Holds the Baltic Financial and Investment Advisor certificate and is completing a BSc in Quantitative Economics in 2026. Why I build voice AI
I studied economics and saw the same problem everywhere: service businesses lose thousands of euros every month to missed calls, forgotten customers and overworked receptionists. The math is brutal - a single missed dental emergency call, a hotel reservation that rang out, a debt-collection lead that never got called back. I built AI that solves it.
Today I run Ainora as Founder and CEO, building AI voice agents that replace front-desk staff across 27+ service industries - from dental clinics and hotels to law firms and debt collection agencies. The voice AI answers every call 24/7, books appointments into your CRM, remembers every customer by name, and proactively reactivates dormant clients to recover lost revenue.
